Server Problems???

Hello,
I am administrator of the web site www.betathletics.net
The last time I saw that I had some problems with the server ..

the site has delay to load and sometimes it turns out the message "MySQL Error" and also the message that the page is not available.


This has resulted in several visitors complaining me.

Also i saw
Unexpected condition from IMAP server, closed or corrupt connection to IMAP

Please if it is easy to take care of this problem.
