Email Not Working?

I know there was an issue with the network today that made my site load slowly and that seems to be resolved but I can't receive any email. This problem started this afternoon. Is there an issue with email service?

I am receiving email bounces when sending to a number of different people - definetly seems the server is on a spam list

Can this be resolved ASAP please, the server was down yesterday afternoon which was inconvient in itself.
